Shipment
We deliver worldwide and, above all, free of charge.
There are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU, but these may apply outside the EU.
Please note that there are different regulations regarding import sales tax and customs fees depending on the country and you will be responsible for these fees.
All orders are usually delivered to our shipping center and then to the parcel service within 24 hours. You will receive a corresponding notification by email to your email address.
The shipments are sent by the shipping service provider specified in the checkout.
You can choose between standard shipping GLS and express shipping DHL Express .
Please note that all orders are only shipped between Monday and Friday . Shipments with DHL Express are charged €10. When you receive a notification by email to your email address, you will receive a tracking number.
The delivery time is usually 3-4 working days within the EU.
Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If your shipment has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (after receiving the shipping confirmation by email), please contact our customer support ( info@vermaye.com ) and we will help you further.
Upon delivery, please ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what was stated in the shipping confirmation email and that your order arrives undamaged. Damage to the packaging and/or the product as well as missing packages and/or items should be reported immediately with your signature on the delivery service's delivery note.
If you notice any damage to the package when you hand it over, please do not accept it. The logistics partner can then initiate a damage report directly.
If it is not possible to refuse acceptance, please take the package to the nearest post office to report the damage. Please inform our customer support ( info@vermaye.com ) about the matter immediately after receiving the package.
If you have received an incorrect delivery, please contact our customer support ( info@vermaye.com ) immediately.
If your package was lost on the way to you or can no longer be tracked using the tracking number, please contact our customer support ( info@vermaye.com ).
Warranty and repair
We are convinced of the high quality of our products and give you a two-year guarantee against all material and workmanship defects. Excluded from this are lost pieces of jewelry, as well as natural signs of wear and tear such as the loss of gold plating, the formation of patina on silver jewelry, bent pieces of jewelry or chains that have broken due to circumstances of your own making, such as getting caught.
We change and/or repair defective VERMAYE jewelry free of charge if there is a warranty claim. Jewelry that does not fall under the guarantee or warranty claim will be repaired for you at a cost - as far as possible at VERMAYE GmbH's discretion and assessment.

Orders
After you have ordered from our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received this within an hour of placing your order, this could be due to the following reasons:
- The email ended up in the SPAM folder of your email account
- perhaps the wrong email address was entered
If none of the cases described apply, please contact our support ( hello@vermaye.com ), it could be that the order was not completed successfully.
Your order will be processed and shipped within a very short time. We can therefore guarantee fast delivery times, but cannot make any subsequent changes.
The cancellation of orders is generally not possible in accordance with the applicable regulations. We ask our customers to check their orders carefully as no returns or changes can be made once the order process has been completed.
A pre-order is the opportunity to reserve an item that is not yet for sale but will be available soon.
For an order that includes both currently available and pre-ordered items, the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is sent.
Yes, pre-orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
We forward orders directly to our manufacturer based on the pre-ordered quantity so that orders can be shipped as quickly as possible. After the first 24 hours, production will begin and cancellations can no longer be taken into account
Returns and refunds
If you request a refund for the returned items, the credit will only be issued after the package has been returned to our warehouse and the items have been quality checked.
The refund process takes up to 14 days from the arrival of the item(s) at the warehouse.
Changes in currency during the return period will not be refunded.
Orders paid for with a credit card will be refunded to the original card used to complete the purchase.
The refunded amount will be available on the next billing. This can change depending on the bank and loan provider and may take some time.
All products are checked in the warehouse for possible defects. If you still receive an item that is not in its original condition, please contact our customer support ( hello@vermaye.com ).
Goods are considered defective if their quality is unsatisfactory or they are unfit for their purpose. Please note that jewelry damaged due to normal wear and tear, accident or misuse will not be considered defective. If your piece of jewelry is faulty when you receive it, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.
Stud earrings, including earring pendants, cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Boxes and pouches must be complete and intact. All products must be new and unworn. Jewelery that is damaged, soiled, incomplete or demonstrably worn will not be refunded. If possible, we ask you to use the original packaging for the return.
Please note that as we are a young start-up, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless it is an incorrect delivery or a manufacturing defect.
Revocation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support in advance ( info@vermaye.com ). A refund of the purchase price is no longer possible after the deadline has expired.
